Help CSGO update 1.36.5.5 and 1.36.5.6 problem

So I was going to play csgo warzone and then it said new update 1.36.5.5 then when it was done updating, i was gonna play but an error popped up saying "fatal error failed to connect to steam client process" then I searched a solution on youtube but non works. Then another update comes out so I updated it but it still isnt fixed. This error only started happening when I update csgo warzone to 1.36.5.5.
The update version 1.36.5.6fix1 didn't fix my problem :-:

I did this but it didnt work. I tried deleting steam but still doesn't work.
