i apologies for any rude come from me and if i hurt the feelings of any one in the server with Intentionally or unintentionally

i was joking with player called " blacky " then get permanent gag after " one joke " if that reversed to me and " blacky" say that for me i just gonna type " LOL " or " hahahah " . no harm feelings.!!!! but why admin engage with that it's only one joke to a good man ???
the joke was " are u n**** or white choose " i was joke only on the name .... why gag permanently ?????????
