Thanks 3bO^Od.r but you need evidence. You can record player's demo by spectating him + open console and type 'status' to get Names/ID's.
Then type "record xxxx" where "xxxx" is the player's/file name. If you want to stop type "stop".
You will find the file in your csgo folder "xxxx.dem".
