Help How to Open and Run your selected AVATAR in No-Steam Launcher ??

In Game Launcher I've selected the image file and it is showing the loaded image in launcher, but when I start the Game the Image I chose for my AVATAR doesn't load in the server. Please help Guys !!

why do you even need that?

I think you need to have a Steam account for that to work.
